Businesses in the Lousada Group include the well-known consumer brand Fired Earth, UK construction industry specialists RED Construction Group, a manufacturing company, Form (Midlands) Group, a Carbon Free Hotel Group Zeal Hotels, Farm Day Nurseries, a nursery business, and second-generation Lousada Properties.

Each business has its strategic direction, but collectively they are part of a broader strategy to build a British-centric, high-quality, local, design-inspired group of companies. This helps ensure they are less vulnerable to the vagaries of international supply issues and can benefit each other and the local economy.
Within the group, each business shares a set of shared values, and whenever possible, they use their specialist skills and knowledge to support each other. For example, Form manufacture exclusive ranges for Fired Earth and works with RED Construction on several significant nationwide construction projects. They combine with RED Construction to offer a complete proposition within the commercial and residential buildings and refurbishment market.

Senior Leadership are drawn from a broad set of backgrounds and a variety of sectors, creating great support networks across the group for established Management and those just starting their careers.
As a family-orientated business, we are pleased that several individual companies have multiple generations of families working within them and that there are three Lousada family members (Simon, James & Toby) working at a senior level across the group.
